FT Adviser’s Workplace Excellence Awards, formerly known as the Diversity Awards and now in their eighth year, recognise the most impactful initiatives, campaigns and success stories in diversity and inclusion across the financial sector.
This year, we’ve reimagined the awards to reflect the evolving world of work - one where people, purpose and progress go hand in hand. The refreshed programme offers more opportunities than ever to champion your firm, spotlight innovation and celebrate the individuals and teams shaping the future of workplace culture.
Diversity and inclusion is not a corporate catchphrase but an organisational imperative. A diverse and inclusive workplace drives innovation, expands opportunity and strengthens business performance - while companies that overlook this talent risk falling behind.
The Workplace Excellence Awards celebrate individuals in UK-based financial services and service-provider firms who have taken meaningful steps toward creating a more inclusive, diverse and fair industry for colleagues, customers and communities.
Awards will recognise those who actively support under-represented groups, champion positive change and inspire others, as well as organisations whose policies and initiatives enable genuine workplace inclusion.
This is an opportunity for UK-based firms of all sizes to demonstrate how they are leading the way - and for employees to gain the recognition they deserve.
